How do I place my order?
Simply find the products you would like to by. On each page you can select the quantity and add them to your basket. When you have added all of your items, click on the checkout and follow the instructions provided.
How much is postage and do you post to my area?
We offer free postage on most items to areas in UK mainland.
We do aim to keep postage costs as low as possible. However due to courier delivery restrictions and surcharges there may be a surcharge if the address is in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland.
Some items may not be possible to send to these address due to the couriers restrictions. We try to specify these on the selected items. We endevour to send out to many of the addresses as possible, but also reserve the right to cancel orders or selected items that are not possible to send due to these restrictions.
My Item has arrived damaged, defective or is the wrong item?
We work hard to get your items to you in great condition as soon as possible, but understand there may occasionally be issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is an issue please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
My item has not yet arrived?
Most items will arrive within 3 to 5 working days or the order being placed. It may take longer during bank holidays or national holiday periods like Christmas. If the item has still not been delivered after this time, please contact us through the website and we will be happy to investigate this issue with the courier and sort this out.
I need to return my item how can I arrange this?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via the contact us page on the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I have sent my item back. What happens next and when will I get my refund?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
