How much does delivery cost?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £9.99 to mainland UK. For orders under £9.99, standard delivery is £3.99. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands is £5.99 regardless of order value.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and process your refund promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If tracking is available, the details will be included in that email.
Problems with Your Order
My order hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're really sorry you're having issues with your order. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to put it right.
Order Cancellations
Why has my order been cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to ship to your delivery address. Occasionally, some items may be too large or heavy to send to certain locations, such as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.
If this is the case with your order, we will cancel it and issue you a full refund. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can you ship to my location?
We ship to mainland UK addresses as standard. While we do deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, please be aware that some larger or heavier items may not be available for delivery to these locations. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund.

Because it is — and we're proud of it! At GatleyGirl, we deliberately choose recycled and reused packaging materials to help reduce waste and do our bit for the environment. We believe that good packaging doesn't have to cost the earth — literally.

Are your products suitable for children?
It varies by product. Some of our items are suitable for children, while others are designed for adults. Please check the individual product description for age suitability and safety information before purchasing.
An item I want is out of stock — will it come back?
It depends on the item! Some products are part of a clearance or are limited stock, while others do get restocked. If you've got your eye on something that's sold out, just drop us a message and we'll let you know whether it's coming back in.
